Measuring Chaps Size
The following is a chart to help you order the correct size chaps. Be sure to measure on top of your belt. This will usually add 2" - 4" to the waist measurement you usually use when buying jeans. The waist size is in the center eyelet on the chap belt. The thigh measurement is at the largest part of your upper leg. The chaps can be stretched in the thigh about an inch by pulling them to stretch them. (NOTE: Once they are stretched, they will not shrink back.) You will need to measure the inseam just as a tailor would measure for pant length. Wear your riding boots and measure to the top of the boot heel. This will give your the correct length for the inseam. You will note that the standard length is 30" on all sizes. We proceed in 2" increments, but we can make any length. We will make 28", 30" or 32" for the same price. Any additional length adds $10.00 per inch. There is no additonal charge for lenghts shorter than 28", however someone will probably call to verify short lenghts as they are uncommon.

Anything larger is a special size and will add a minimum of $60.00 to the standard price. For gigantic sizes the price is gigantic.
These additional charges are in addition to the standard price. We have to charge this because of the additional cost of the leather.
If you need us to mix sizes ( any combination), there is an additional charge of $20.00 for special cutting, this special cutting charge also applies if we have to increase or decrease the size of the waist or thigh.
